On the morning of February 11, the 19 key projects of Baiyin High-tech Zone in the first quarter of 2023 were grandly held, hosted by the Management Committee of Baiyin High-tech Zone in Gansu Province.
In the first quarter of 2023, the high-tech zone will start construction of 19 projects in circular chemical industry, biomedicine, new materials, infrastructure, etc., 11 provincial and municipal projects, with a total investment of 5.2 billion yuan. Gansu Whale Luck Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. ("Whale Luck"), as an important strategic production base of Whale Corp, is also among the key projects of the groundbreaking ceremony.

Established in 2022, Whale Luck Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is a high-tech pharmaceutical company whose main business is the production of high-value-added specialty raw materials. The planned total area is about 40,000 square meters, with a total investment of about 300 million yuan. The development and production of 3,000 tons of medical and chemical intermediates and raw materials will be carried out. After the completion of the project, it is expected to achieve a sales income of 510 million yuan and provide employment for 150 people.
